A diversified industrial oem in India produced various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. In their hydraulic cylinder unit the customer used a competitive threadlocker to lock and seal the zinc plated MS nipple to the cast iron cylinder head. The product they used was a slow curing product and did not perform well in presence of oil traces on the thread surfaces. Customer received frequent field complaints of Nipple loosening and the changes the axis from cylinder head.

A manufacturer of air handling units in India was looking for a solution to reliably bond PVC panels faster and more reliably. Customer considered using double sided tapes but they had limitations - application process was slower and could not be automated; tapes tended to create a gap in the bondline and were expensive.

A multinational customer manufacturers constructions and road building machines in India. These machines are exposed to high vibrations, impact and severe operating conditions. In their asphalt compactors they wanted a solutions that would create reliable sealing of the drum assembly under these extreme conditions. The drum assembly also used M16 / M20 bolts that had to be reliably locked under the operating conditions.
