A diversified industrial oem in India produced various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. In their hydraulic cylinder unit the customer used a competitive threadlocker to lock and seal the zinc plated MS nipple to the cast iron cylinder head. The product they used was a slow curing product and did not perform well in presence of oil traces on the thread surfaces. Customer received frequent field complaints of Nipple loosening and the changes the axis from cylinder head.
